Returns and refunds

Our promise

If you are not happy, tell us. Unopened tins in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What we cannot accept

For food safety we cannot take back opened tins, pouches or tea. Gift boxes with any opened tin are not returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, write to us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item and its shipping.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel before your order ships. After dispatch, use the returns process once it arrives.
